Since 1987 The Building Inspector of America has been performing expert building analysis for buyers and seller of property in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. The firm is fully insured and available to inspect all forms residential and commercial property.

Vince holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University. He has completed extensive training from The Building Inspector of America, Inc. Vince has 20+ years of experience in residential rehabilitation and property management.

As a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Vince maintains state of the art home inspection practices and standards through ongoing continuing education programs. Vince has personally inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties.

In addition to being a member of ASHI, Vince is in compliance with the Pennsylvania Home Inspection Act, and Fully Licensed as a home inspector in New Jersey. Vince is also licensed in Pennsylvania as an Insurance Adjuster. He also holds certification in Water Damage Certification from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration. He is accepted by the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas as an expert in property damages, estimation, and restoration.
