The Building Inspector of America, located in Bucks County / NE Philadelphia, is owned and operated by Vince Tecce. Since its beginning in 1987, the firm has been performing expert building analysis for buyers and sellers of property in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area and Southern New Jersey, and is often used by realtors for their family's or their own purchases. Providing high quality home inspections has been more than just a goal for us. It is a consciousness. The Building Inspector of America is fully insured and is available to inspect all forms of residential and commercial properties.

This designation is reserved only for those members who have met the highest educational, experience and ethical requirements set forth by the ASHI Certification Committee (ACC) and accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). This certification is the only program awarded in this manner for the home inspection profession.
