Peer Review

Peer Review-The Ultimate Test

Did you know that there is no licensing in the state of Pennsylvania for Home Inspectors?

Good inspectors join a national professional organization such as the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Better inspectors also join local professional chapters like Tri-State ASHI, or Southern New Jersey ASHI, where they are constantly updating their knowledge and skills.

The Best inspectors have taken the Peer Review. In order to obtain the designation Master Inspector By Review® (MIBR®), an inspector has to find all of the must find deficiencies a panel of other experienced inspectors have identified in an actual house, answer the panel's questions and submit reports for review. This is an all-or-nothing test. Only a fraction of participants pass this stringent test. Vince Tecce was one of the first inspectors to achieve Master Inspector By Review® (MIBR®) in this region. This is one of the reasons why The Building Inspector of America is able to sell value and not price.

Experience you can count on.

We are pleased to verify that Vince Tecce is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector. This designation is reserved only for those members who have met the highest educational, experience and ethical requirements set forth by the ASHI Certification Committee (ACC) and accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). This certification is the only program awarded in this manner for the home inspection profession.
